Dataquest-IDC Survey on the Top Employers for 2007 in India’s high growth BPO industry has the following as the Top 10 :

  1. vCustomer
  2. e4e Business Solutions
  3. IBM Daksh
  4. Genpact
  5. Wipro
  6. HCL
  7. Allsec Technologies
  8. Ajuba Solutions
  9. Equinox Global
  10. Brigade

vCustomer ,ranked 2 in the 2006 survey, has taken the top spot in the list. The list has a balance of pure customer services/call centre companies and broad-based BPOs. It also represents a mixture of large, medium amd small companies with the mid-size ( 1000 – 5000 employees) making up more than 50 % of the full list of 19 companies.
