Interesting reading this. The principles look easy enough to follow but most things in life are easier said then done! This article speaks of the work done by journalist Napoleon Hill over the years researching what made people rich and successful, among them, most famously Andrew Carnegie, then the richest man in the world.

Hill spent 12 years analyzing  “more than 12,000 men and women, both successful entrepreneurs and ordinary people,” to determine 16 elements of exceptional leaders that anyone can practice.

Richard Feloni writes about the “16 Traits of the World’s Most Successful People.” Isn’t it interesting that Hill wrote this decades ago but the principles are as valid today as they were then?

If you are a leader, share this with your team. If you are a parent, share this with your children and talk to them about these traits. The earlier you develop these traits the better it is for you. There’s nothing like developing healthy habits early in life.
