A recent article in the Economic Times speaks of new ways for companies to retain talent- by giving them fancy designations/titles.  First Impression Executive?Cost Kill Analyst?  Please ! Who are we kidding? Does this really enhance the image of the person doing the job and make him/her more likely to stay on and contribute to the organisation?
