My friend, Dan McCarthy over at Great Leadership has another interesting edition of The Leadership Development Carnival. In keeping with what’s current, this one has been presented a la the Oscars and is appropriately called the Academy Awards edition:)
The amount of good stuff there is tremendous. There is a wide variety to choose from here- I must say that the sheer variety of stuff on offer is one of the most exciting bits of blog carnivals such as this- and you can dip in at leisure to update yourself with an interesting array of trends and thoughts.
I am not sure how long the Oscar presentation ceremony takes. Going through this one will take you much longer but I can assure you- it will be worth your time and effort.
