The bailout plan has finally been cleared. The US Federal Government will pump in $ 700 billion to ease the credit strung economy. From amongst the many available to lead the recovery plan, the choice of Secretary of the Treasury, Henry Paulson came as a surpise to many. It was one of his old Goldman Sachs executives- a former Vice President called Neel T. Kashkari, 35, who completed his MBA from Wharton 6 years ago. Kashkari is now Asst.
