A Step A Day, organizing, Susan Sabo

Preparing for meetings is one thing- remembering when it is scheduled for is quite another. As busy executives are inundated with meetings and meeting requests, there are times when we realize that we are scheduled to be at a meeting starting in the next 5 minutes. Or worse still, had agreed to be in one which took place, without us, yesterday.

Susan Sabo shares a tip on How To Schedule Repeated Meetings using Outlook.  This is a useful tip and tips like these help us save time and more importantly the hassle of trying to remember almost everything.

Susan seems to be a great organizer. She attributes her organization and goal setting to visiting 25 countries by the time she was 25 and 45 by age 45 – all funded personally.

More about Susan here.
