- He has increased sales in GE to over $ 165 billion.
- More than 50 % of GE revenues come from outside the US
- He spends 30 % of his time on people, 30 % on growth, 30 % on operations and 10 % on public things like investor meetings
- He feels every leader must make time to coach people
