Great post!  You did a fantastic job outlining each of these &quot;what not to do&quot; for leaders. It&#039;s too bad that many in leadership roles do not realize just how important they are.  

For me, item #4 regarding ambiguity and expectations, cannot be stressed enough.  A leader has many responsibilities, and eliminating ambiguity for his/her team is critical.  By prioritizing and providing clarity, a leader is better able to unleash their team&#039;s potential.

		<description>I agree, these 7 points describe some aspects of what leadership should not be. For me, point 1 may have it&#039;s place in certain situations, but if you have to resort to this tactic, you probably haven&#039;t done your groundwork and it will not be successful in the long run.</description>
