As I work and consult with thousands of people in different walks of life an area which fascinates me is Work Life balance. I started out to call my blog “People at Work” and then realized that I am making the same mistake myself . Of giving almost exclusive priority to “work”. I quickly changed this to “People at Work & Play”. This is a platform for me : to share my thoughts on how people are coping in a fiercely competitive and “more-demanding-by-the day” world.
